Location: Currently remote with regular meetups in the City of London and a view to go hybrid.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic recent graduate to join our Conference Production team. As a Conference Producer, you will complete production of 4-6 summits from start to finish each year.

What You'll Do
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct in-depth market research on key subject areas through phone interviews and industry analysis
Build Steering Committees made up of senior executives and industry experts
Develop conference themes / agendas by identifying target audiences and uncovering topics of interest
Produce conference briefing documents and present research findings to cross-functional teams
Content Development
Develop conference programmes and promotional copy across websites, emails, and LinkedIn
Create relevant, thought-provoking content designed to attract C-level executive audiences
Help maximise attendance by ensuring all conference messaging is insightful, relevant and commercially effective.
Produce thought leadership reports featuring interviews with industry leaders.
Speaker Acquisition
Identify and recruit influential executives and industry thought leaders to speak at events
Build relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, LinkedIn and email
Guide speakers through the production process to ensure an exceptional experience
Project Management
Own multiple conference production cycles from research through delivery (6-8 weeks per event)
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure successful event execution
Manage timelines, priorities and deadlines across several projects simultaneously
Onsite Conference Delivery
Travel internationally to attend conferences throughout the year
Open your events and oversee smooth onsite delivery
Represent the organization as you network with speakers, senior executives, and key industry players
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning, and wants to build a long-term career.
You'll be successful if you have:
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong writing and copywriting ability
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence speaking with international business leaders (via virtual meetings, calls, email/ LinkedIn)
Strong project management and time management skills
An ability to balance independent duties (research/writing) and social aspects of the role (networking, speaker engagement, etc.)
A desire to continually learn new industries, markets, and technologies
An appetite for continuous professional growth and skills development
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A willingness to travel internationally (up to six times per year)

Basic salary of £25,000–£30,000, depending on experience
